Flax Seed Ground

Description: Flax is one of the oldest cultivated plants in Poland. Often used in the kitchen. We offer a ground seeds subjected to a degreasing process.

How to use: Ideal as an addition to soups, sauces, smoothies, muesli. You can consume in the form of gruel: 1 tablespoon of the product pour 3/4 cup of hot water. Wait a few minutes stirring to the desired consistency. You can eat 2-3 times a day with milk, fruit, juice, yoghurt or replace their own way. Do not exceed the recommended daily servings. The product can not be used by people who are allergic to any of its ingredients.
