Cookies policy

 

This policy outlines the rules of storage and access to informations on User’s devices using cookies that serves for realization of electronic services requested by the User, by company “Oranżada” Robert Derlatka located in Otwock.

I. Definitions

1. Administrator – means company “Oranżada” Robert Derlatka with headquarters in Otwock (05-400), Batorego 42/24 entered into the business register led by the Mayor of Otwock under number 011914/03, TIN: 5321084210, REGON: 011965950 which provides electronic services as well as stores and obtains access to informations in User’s devices.

2. Cookies – means computer data, in particular small text files saved and stored on devices through which the User uses websites of the Service.

3. Self Cookies – means Cookies published by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.

4. External Cookies – means Cookies published by partners of Administrator through the website of the Service.

5. Service – means the website or web application under which the Administrator runs Internet service, operating in the domain babaziola.pl

6. Device – means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Service.

7. User – means the entity to whom in accordance with the Regulations and the provisions of law, may be provided electronic services or with which may be concluded agreement on provision of electronic services.

II. Types of utilized cookies

1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for User’s Device. In particular, through this route it is not possible for viruses (or other unwanted spyware or malware) to get into the Users’ Devices. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and adjust Service individually to each User. Cookies typically contain the name of the domain from which they originate, time of their storage on the Device and an assigned value.

2. Administrator uses two types of cookies files:

a. Session cookies: they are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the browser’s session. Recorded informations are then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory.
The mechanism of the session cookies does not allow for collecting any personal data or any confidential informations from User’s Device.

b. Permanent cookies: they are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until deleted.
The end of the browser’s session or shutting down the Device does not delete them from User’s Device. The mechanism of the permanent cookies does not allow for collecting any personal data or any confidential informations from User’s Device.

3. The User has the ability to limit or disable the access of the cookies to his Device. In case of using this option the use of the Service will still be possible, besides the fuctions which, by their nature, require cookies.

III. Purposes of using Cookies

1. Administrator uses Self Cookies for the following purposes:

a. Configuration of the service:

i) adapt the content of the Service’s web pages to the User’s preferences and to optimize the use of its web pages;

ii) recognize the device of the Service’s User and his localization and to properly display the web page, customized to his individual needs;

iii) remember the setting chosen by the User and personalize the User interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region, from which the User comes;

iv) remember the history of visited sites in the Service in order to recommend content;

v) font size, appearance of the website, etc.

b. Authentication of the user in the service and ensure user’s session in the service:

i) maintenance of the Service’s User session (after logging in) so the User does not have to re-enter login and password on every site of the Service;

ii) proper configuration of selected functions of the Service, allowing in particular to verify the authenticity of the browser’s session;

iii) optimize and increase the efficiency of services provided by the Administrator

c. Realization of necessary processes for full funcionality of the websites:

i) adapt web content of the Service to the preferences of the User and optimize the use of the websites of the Service. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the User’s Device and to properly display the website, customized to the User’s individual needs;

ii) correct handling of the affiliate programme, allowing in particular the verification of Users’ redirects sources to the Service’s web pages.

d. Remember the localization of the user

i) proper configuration of selected functions of the Service, allowing in particular the adjustment of the provided informations to the User, taking into account his location.

e. Analyzes and surveys and audience audits

i) create anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Service’s Users use the web pages of the Service, which allows improving their structure and content.

f. Advertising services

i) adjusting presented through the Service advertising services and third-party products.

g. Ensure the safety and reliability of the service

IV. Capabilites to determine the conditions of storage or getting access by Cookies:

1. The User can independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions of their storage and getting access by cookies files to the User’s Device. Changes to these settings, referred to in previous sentence, the User can make using the web browser settings or by using service configuration. These settings can be changed, in particular in such way, as to block the automatic handling of cookies in web browser configuration or to inform the User each time when they are posted to the User’s Device. Detailed informations on the possibilites and ways of handling cookies are available in the software settings (web browser).

2. The User may at any given time remove Cookies files using the features available in the web browser which the User is using.

3. Restricting the use of Cookies may affect some of the funcionality available on the Service’s website.
